Pardoned TF2 Appeal: Skep

Why should you be unbanned?
I know i have been banned for advertising, and I understand that it can hurt Skial's reputation. However my actions were justified due to a couple questionable decisions by the admins. For example muting "Smurfking", since he's not important im not going to go in depth with him. But he got muted (permanently might I add even though it was his first mute ever) because he was talking about a different server. Anyways back on how my actions were justified.

- Balancing: I was really angry at the fact that Skial is now going more noob friendly.
For example: "VSH Loose Cannon". This weapon got removed for no reason. Why?. I assumed it was because the newer Skial players had trouble dealing with players that knew how to use it. So removing it from the skilled people basically just gave a crutch to the hales that aren't so good.

Example 2: Super jump: The iconic hale move, got nerfed to shit. Jump once at the start of the round? around 3% of your health gone. Fighting newer players? No problem. Fighting competent people? BIG PROBLEM.

Example 3: SOLDIER : Poor soldier got nerfed to shit for no reason. Again my friends and I assumed because people can't deal with mantreads (As they got nerfed the most, like bro they're unuseable, I also mained soldier at the time so I got extra angy).

- Conclusion: Honestly to be honest I wouldn't unban myself. But I was in a bad mood and my entire day was going to shit so I acted irrationally. All of the stuff listed above contributed to me doing what I did and got banned because of it. (Wanted to say sorry to gala for making him put up with my shit). However if I do get unbanned I promise I will never do such thing again and be on my best behavior.

P.S: For the love of god revert some changes on the mantreads :(

P.S.S : I also wanna apologize to Bottiger because of the stuff i said about him in private. It's very difficult running a popular server since anything you do is gonna get criticized and made fun of (in some situations).

Smurfking got permanently muted for advertising. He was pardoned though.

I’ve seen multiple times where a good player delays the game with a loose cannon against a good hale.

The same with the mantreads. It’s just another thing that delays the game. People don’t want to sit around and wait 5 minutes for a hale to kill a soldier rocket jumping around.

Why did you feel the need to advertise another server? A server dies if you don’t balance it. Just because 1 percent of the playerbase doesn’t like it doesn’t mean that it’s not necessary.

this is mainly refering to the mantreads, i hated some egghead soldier just jumped around, but i liked when i did cool jumps with them. Now they're pretty much unuseable.
The Loose Cannon took aim to be used effectively, you can't spam it in one direction and hope it works.
I was feeling very angry at skial and i was asked ot try out another server and I also wanted to let other people know of its existance as the creators (which only get around 4-5 players on their servers) are still dedicated to making updates.

I know I'm looking like im just trying to find some dumbo answear to your questions and points. Because I am but I am writing this because I genuinely wanna play on Skial again, I miss playing with my friends and doing a little trolling. So yeah this is the last reply I'm gonna make. If I get unbanned alright if not alright again.
 
So what’s the point of making the appeal if you feel your actions were justified? Is your ego too big to admit that you were wrong?

Zeo, I'm saying this in the nicest way possible. Are you retarded? I've said that everything I've done was wrong, and that I regret everything I've done. I only listed the things that made me do what I did, as your appeal policy says : "I've changed" is not a valid reason. At the moment of the ban, I felt like my actions were justified, however I was wrong there as well. I have not sent and or thought about sending a message saying that my "ego" is too big for Skial. However it might seem like it since I'm too sarcastic for my own good.

You brought up Smurfking so why don’t you go look at his ban appeal? He did something a little different.

All I get out of reading this appeal is “I don’t regret the actions I did because they were justified. However, I only did it because I was mad but I promise I won’t do it again.”

If you had come here and cut the shit we would of just reduced it. Instead, you feel the need to explain why you had to do it.

You didn’t have to do it and you weren’t justified. And now you’re slandering me? I was honestly giving you a chance to just do what I said above and cut the shit.

I'm legit friends with Smurfking. I don't need to.

I'm explaining because my first message sucked ass and I didn't explain stuff to well.

How am I supposed to cut the shit even though I said I regreted it?

I know I didn't have to do it and it wasn't justified. I'm just standing up for myself, as I literally said that I regreted my actions but you still say all im saying is that "My ego is too big for Skial" or some bullshit like that. Again I am willing to be on alert mode, for example if I do anything bad or disrespectful to the server, I'll get banned again. And I would be ok with that. Again how am I supposed to cut the shit if I had said in my addendums that I REGRETED IT?
 
I'm not really convinced about you but I'll reduce your ban length to 1 month instead of permanent
