By the looks of the first image, that wasn't even sprayed by the person being reported here. The names are completely different. It is most definitely child porn, but wasn't sprayed by the person in this report.

It IS the gray area. However, it does somewhat fall under the usual argument of "Well, they're older than they're designs look", but the problem is that they look like kids, which makes it wrong
