Spectacularly Lethal Soldier
I got a new office job at the start of this year and because of that I was able to buy some dumb expensive stuff for myself I normally wouldn't. Today, I bought a super cute tea pot and tea cups for tea time and I'm super happy about them :3

I think splurging on yourself is important for your mental health. Has there been anything you've recently bought yourself?

An ounce of coke, 10 viagra, and a couple of hookers. My cock is so rubbed raw, it's like a fat lip.

Was offered a 2006 Monte Carlo LT for $400 in good condition, took it, splurged a bit of change for new tires, battery, brakes, exhaust, and rotors. Car runs like a dream

I splurged on a flight and hotel for a few days to hang out with an efriend and look at property. Next big purchase is either going to be a new car or moving.

I need to stop buying so many things that look cool or just amassing expenses to actually save some money but I still have my most basic expenses covered by me parents (thankfully). I guess the most recent splurge would just have been getting a decent hotel room to get away one weekend and destress.

Not a recent splurge but hopefully will happen soon. Planning on buying a full valve index VR set and possibly RTX 3080Ti or something simular

The Valve Index is great. I don't use it often, but it's always a blast whenever.

In relation to all this graphix cards talk, I want to get either a desktop or a gaming laptop with a 30-series GPU. Some are available up to like 3080, but the issue in price. One day, I'll either bite the bullet and take another hit to my credit score for a loan, or just foot the bill myself. Regardless, it's something I want to have. I think the only real use would be even smoother VR, as that's probably the only load-intensive thing I do these days.

Good friend of mine has one. Says it's an absolutely amazing experience and is very comfortable. 1-1 motion controls. Can fit even if you have a big head or wear glasses.

Hmu when you get it for uhhhh links
I get all my PC components from my fathers friend who owns a computer repair shop, he orders them straight from the manufacturers and that's how I get everything cheaper. But yeah even he has to wait to get his hands on the new graphics cards...

That's good to hear, I originally was thinking of buying the Oculus Quest 2 because it looked good enough and simple to use until I learned that it requires a facebook account to use....

But yeah if I am going to invest in VR, might aswell buy the best available because the other good options are barely cheaper.
