OK I didn't want to have to play therapist on this, but making the ban and getting all this out in the open was the only way I figured we'd get to the bottom of this.

There are several screenshots in the
report, some can be coincidental, but how and why are you in a completely empty blackwonder server with them? That seems odd and unlikely.
I haven't violated any of skial's rules and will gladly continue not to.
Ehh yes and no. It's not one of our outright examples because honestly things like this don't come up much, but it should be obvious we try to keep our community safe. We want everyone to be able to come to the servers, have some fun, and relax. If a community member is having an issue with harassment, that is something that needs to be addressed. Just because it's not on the rules page as an example doesn't mean we can't do anything. Common sense says we reserve the right to take whatever action is necessary to keep the servers safe as well as the community that plays on them.

You don't have to speak to someone to harass them. Imagine you're going from store to store in a mall, and every time you turn around the same person is in the store with you. They aren't doing anything, they're just there, shopping, watching. That'd be pretty unsettling right? So now replace the stores with servers, and the shopping with playing, and the watching with being able to keep an eye on chat and an ear on voice comms. Still pretty unsettling!
Now then, I just spent entirely way too much time going through connection logs for like the past week and making an excel spreadsheet for comparisons, and there are indeed instances, especially in the last day or two, where every time Hankus connects or disconnects you're not far behind following suit. It's too much to just be coincidence, especially given the animosity here. If y'all were friends it'd be a different story, cause you want to play together obviously, but you two are definitely not friends.
SO. Here's the deal: I don't know what happened between you two, and I really don't want to play couples therapy figuring it out. I will remove the punishment, BUT if Hankus comes back saying you're still following them, and they have evidence, or if I have to go digging through logs to find the evidence, there will be hell to pay. If they're in a server, especially if it is one of the servers we have multiple instances of, consider going to the other instance. If you don't want to because it's not populated, go to a different populated server. If you just absolutely positively have to play *that* server or *that* map, know what you are risking.
This door swings both ways though. Hankus, even though I doubt you'd do it on purpose, if Spanky is in a server you want to go to, everything in the previous paragraph applies. Pick a different server. If you join and it starts looking like you're trying to trap them and make some evidence I'll be able to tell that. Not saying you would, just covering all bases because this is kinda unprecedented and the levels of mindfuck are rising.
Basically you two just stay the FUCK away from each other
at all costs. The more I have to deal with this, the less patience I'll have. I just want everyone to just be able to enjoy the servers. Reply saying you agree to these terms and I'll end the ban.
