Pretty certain they're a troll account/alt. Account is brand new and profile isn't even set up.

You were told to post a screenshot of your new spray to prove you changed it. You were also told how to do it since it wouldn't let you post links, and yet you still have not done so. You won't be unbanned unless the admins see proof that you have changed your spray.
You need to upload it to an image hosting website. We can't see the picture you linked because it's local to your computer. Just google one and link the URL.
What are you using to take a screenshot?
Press F5 when you're in TF2. This will take an in game screenshot. Then when you quit it will be in your steam hub for TF2.

Post it to an image-sharing site (preferably imgur) and then paste the link in the message box. Don't try to attach the link with the icon above as it probably won't let you.
