Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I have been a regular on the skial vsh servers for a while now and I was never told by any admin or player that they had something wrong with my zen buddhism badge. I am Chinese, not a Nazi. The swastika symbol has only been associated with Nazis for less than a hundred years, but the symbol itself originates from china/india from thousands of years ago, It signifies spirtuality I don't have any problem with taking it off , but just wish i had gotten some kind of warning. Its probably been over a year now I've been coming on this server always wearing the same cosmetics... I should be unbanned because I am always willing to follow the rules and respect the admins wishes, if they choose to communicate. I also feel that to be permanently banned on a first offense over a cosmetic item that could have taken two clicks to take off is a bit extreme.​
 
P.S. also, the nazi symbol faces the opposite direction as the buddhism one. You can clearly see in game it's not the same one i was banned for
 
No one associates Swastika with its origin anymore, don't pretend otherwise. Its regularly, and now infamously associated with Nazis and Hitler's regime that spanned throughout World War II.

We're not required to issue warnings, its on players to know the rules and follow them.

It was made permanent to make you appeal
 
As Jerma said, no one takes it as it’s origin nowadays. Reasons you couldn’t have been warn is because both players and admins weren’t aware of your cosmetic until now. I’ve never seen you around so I wouldn’t have known you were wearing it. Promise to never wear the cosmetic again and I’ll unban. Deleting it would also work.

while you are correct about the Zen Buddhism one facing the other way, this screenshot clearly shows you wearing the Nazi one

Yes, i have no issue with these conditions and promise to not repeat this behavior. I enjoy playing on this server, its very fun. However instead of deleting or never wearing the cosmetic item again, will it be sufficient to change the decal on this item to a separate picture, and i have already purchased a decal tool for this. Until i have decided what to change the picture to, i will Have it removed from all my loadouts.
 
unrelated to my appeal, the decal item was created when i was like 12 or 13, with the sole intention of being edgy and offensive. the only thing I really know about nazis is what i learned in history class, just so its understood i am not a nazi. As a gun lover im pretty much the opposite of anti-semetic, israel make really good guns

i admit to being less than sincere in my original ban appeal, because I was pretty emotional upset about the abruptness of how it all happened. When I got the message to appeal when I tried to join back, I directly went to this website, set up an account and starting typing it up. I don't have much experience with bans or appeals and apologize for the attitude
