Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I was banned some time ago by issuing a PayPal chargeback. I never issued one, it was by someone else who had access to my account. I had to sort out chargebacks from discord, gmod servers, other tf2 servers, etc. I didn't want this to happen and I think I had the chargeback reversed a month ago but I need to check and make sure. Bottiger if you could reply to this, that would be appreciated.
I will post a link to screenshot I took from when I cancelled the chargeback from my bank account.
(Yes it says "you issued this dispute" but again, I never issued one of any of the chargebacks, it was someone else in my account, sorry)

Yea. I understand that. If there is any way i can pay back to get unbanned thatd be nice, and Id be willing to.
 
It was issued from the bank, but had to go through PayPal to actually issue a chargeback considering it was my PayPal account that I use to buy the 10 dollar skial ranks.

And I dont give access willingly, and if I had someone added I would know. It may have had something to do with 2FA not doing its job.
 
It's too much of a "my brother..." situation. Someone got onto your bank account and charged back a skial $10 transaction? I just don't buy it.

This story smells like bs. A random person got into your account that you don't know about and instead of spending the money, they decided to open chargebacks on everything? Anyway, this doesn't change the fact that we were fined a chargeback fee.

You didn't pay anything. You reversed the payment and paypal fined us an additional amount for the chargeback.

The fee is a punishment for doing a chargeback on us, plus covering the fee, interest, and labor.
