Approved Show the timezone on the Sourcebans website

It would be nice to know what the timezone it is set in is, because it is confusing to see that my mute will be lifted at 3:45PM yet its 5:35PM EST, it would aid players in knowing when they will be able to play or talk again.

My 1 month mute ends today, the sourcebans forums say its GMT -4 (5:48PM), My mute ended at 3:45PM, and its currently 5:48PM EST for me, but in which timezone is sourcebans set in? EST, GMT, PST? It would just be nice to know. Plus I took a 1 month hiatus from Skial, which you can see from my stats page, from July 1st to July 29th

Also, if they never add the clock, Sourcebans is in the PDT timezone (Vancouver) for anyone who is wondering.
 
Surely it would be easy to just have the time show ones own local time, just like the forum does.
