Time Zone:From Monday to Sunday, I am mostly on from 1 to 10 PM. I bounce between VSH and the PUB servers depending on what I want to play and get off later in the night. If I’m not online during the day, I’ll usually log in late at night around 12 PM to 6 AM PST.

Will you get mad if you lose admin?:No. Circumstances change and having a high temperament about losing admin status is an unprofessional characteristic to have. If I were to be removed due to reasons of "abuse of power" or any other valid reason, then I would accept my fate and take the demotion. Regardless if I were to be removed for "no reason", I'd accept the responsibility and carry on.
How do you ban yourself using your own SteamID?:!sm_ban "[U:1:175522731]" 30 "obvious aimbot"
Any other reason you should be admin:I've been playing on Skial for a while now, (cliché intro, I know) and I've really come to enjoy the community. I remember first coming onto the server 6 years ago as a newcomer and not knowing what to expect playing this game. Little did I know that I'd be playing on these servers daily for hours at a time. Throughout my time in Skial, I've had the privilege to befriend many people and to thoroughly enjoy my time here. However, there are times where these acts of friendly camaraderie are ruined by "trolls", and "griefers" who like to cause public discord among the servers. This often ruins the genuine gameplay of Tf2, and I'd like to maintain the positivity within the Skial community. I rarely see admins taking action among petty griefers, and I don't mean to discredit admins who are online, but most actions are left to !votemenu or !report, and half the time the perpetrators aren't punished. There have been numerous times where mic spammers haven't been muted, and these people have been let off scot-free. I'd like to help the community enjoy their time on the server without being meddled by griefers and trolls.
Not only do I have a positive mindset to improve the community, but I have the skills to back it up. I'm currently a Trial Moderator on a TTT server called Carbon Castles. I've been playing in that community for nearly a year, and I've embedded myself into the community, being a friendly figure to those who meet me. Not only do I have staffing experience in online games, but I also have real-life leadership skills applicable to becoming an admin. I've participated in leadership activities for the past 3 years in and out of my high school experience. I've held leadership positions such as "ASB" meaning I lead my own committees, and I participate in 2 other big-time commitments outside of school. One being Teen Council, which is a program led by Planned Parenthood, and we basically teach 9th graders about sexual education and social justice issues, all the while learning about them during our lessons and meetings with our advisor. This requires having a mature mindset and being able to communicate with others with an open mind. Secondly, I participate in a program called BSAC, which is a group of students who come together to meet with our district administrators to speak about issues in our district and figuring out ways to solve them. This entails being able to work in a team setting, and having constant ideas on how to solve issues. To simplify everything I've said, I've had prior experience in dealing with people professionally, and I think these skills are highly applicable in trying to staff with Skial.
Lastly, I think I'm a pretty easy going and enthusiastic guy. I've been able to easily befriend many people among Skial, and this trait is incredibly important if I am to interact with players on a day to day basis. Hopefully, these reasons can be kept in consideration when deciding the fate of my application. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope I can work with the other staff members in Skial in the future!
- also, I'm 18 if that carries any weight.
