I swap between Clip Studio Paint and Paint Tool Sai for different things but lineart is usually done in CSP

I use different brushes for it pretty often but i tend to apply a watercolor border effect to character lineart in standalone drawings which probably contributes

Ahh, I’ve heard of Clip Studio Paint, but I’ve never used it.

Paint Tool Sai, on the other hand, I do indeed use for all of my art. I’m not sure which is better in terms of lineart since I’ve only used Sai, but I’d say it gets the job done for the art that I do.

I wouldn't really put one over the other for lineart, i just happen to have more custom brushes i like using on clip
