Reviewing the demo, it’s uncertain if the person being reported is hacking. Reason being is that the video itself if very poorly recorded. And it just seems like a average sniper gameplay

yes a recording app/streaming app (xsplit). back then it use to be high 10s, with low 20s. but i guess my laptop can't handle it anymore lol. but yeah using that. i want to try and start doing demos, but then that comes to me not knowing how to put things into downloadable stuff
