Link to your ban or your com block:
Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
Before the mute/gag, I was only occasionally playing sound clips from my soundboard. The last clip I played was of the demoman's laugh (a clip only lasting 5 seconds), in response to the round ending.

Suddenly and without a warning nor vote, the admin ArayhMD issued a 1 day mute/gag on me. The map was dr_bank_v11 at the time of the mute/gag before it changed at the end of the next round to dr_pathway_a13.

Here's the console log for before ArayhMD joined and after the map changed:
https://pastebin.com/9G48a3p2

The other players in the server didn't seem to have a problem with the use of my soundboard before the mute/gag. In fact, they were openly against the mute/gag.

Thank you for reading this appeal and have a good day.

You weren’t playing music or sound board sounds. You were playing the demo man laugh with ear rape boosting quality like this
and you were doing it at the end of the round so no one can votemenu mute you for it because at the end of the round the chat is disabled.

Furthermore, votemenu mutes are for music, not for ear rape spam.

If you were playing regular music or non-ear rape sounds on your sound board, you would not have been muted.

Yes, I was. You just happened to join at the end of the round and only heard the "Bruh Sound Effect #2" sound effect and the one I mentioned in my post.

... at the end of the round the chat is disabled.
That's blatantly false.
You can access the chat menu again by pressing the scoreboard button (Tab) to hide the scoreboard.

...you were doing it at the end of the round so no one can votemenu mute you for it...
That's also false. I had been occasionally using clips like this one and others (e.g. "Nani?" and "Bruh." sound effects) throughout the entire match.
If someone had a problem with it, they could use the votemenu on the next map.
Or, if they didn't want to use the votemenu, they could !ignore me, as was mentioned by one of the players in the console log.

...ear rape spam...
A 5-second clip counts as spam?

I find it interesting you don't deny that you played ear rape over voice

Ear rape is not tolerated. Period, it doesn't matter how long it is played.

I also find it interesting on your own steam profile you wrote that you're a micspammer. AND even if you can access the chat menu, there is not enough time at the end of the round on map change when the screen freezes to votemenu mute anyone. So even if you could bring up the menu, it is effectively useless since there's not enough time for the vote to go through before the map changes.

From your profile:
"Hello there. I am absoluteAquarian , HomeStuck enthusiast and micspammer extraordinaire."

I have not and will not deny that I do that.
(That's mainly because that's what most people refer to it as. If you have a better word, please do tell me.)

there is not enough time at the end of the round on map change
Then you can votemenu after the map changes?
The community is pretty determined when it comes to votemenus, so that shouldn't be an issue, even taking into account the grace period after the map change.

Earrape does not require a votemenu before being punished.

Furthermore, even if the community were determined to use votemenu after the map changes, the micspammer can just leave the server on map change and avoid punishment.
