Hello guys, I'm pretty sure all of you had known me as one of the most toxic players that have ever crossed Skial. I know it's hard for you to believe this but I have changed a lot. I started playing TF2 recently (again) and realized what I was missing, I believe that I have changed and that I would be a great asset to the staff team, I have great past experience on administrating communities, I know what my mistakes were before and I tried to fix them, and I truthfully believe I did, I just have a passion to try to improve the server that I once loved to play on.
I know I do have a VAC Ban on my steam record and it sure does look horrific but I truly didn't think I was going to get banned for 30 minutes of bunny hopping. I have been an administrator on .:ZU:. on CSGO and CSS.
Also at the moment I am an Administrator on a GMOD community called ZARP Gaming, and I am a developer on one of my mate's minecraft servers. So I get around pretty well. I do know all the SourceMod commands and I never had any trouble using them. I think I matured enough for now, but that's up for you to decide.
I just want to write my wrongdoings.

For the people that are going to reply; don't even mention that it's very hard to trust me, I am very aware.

I just don't like the VAC ban, that's it. I'm not gonna trash on you for it, but it's something you did (hopefully you regret and wont do again), but it just sours your reputation forever going forward.

I wasn't around at the time for when you were much worse gathered from the evidence of previous App - comments, however I've done some research into this and gathered from your past you're not exactly the ideal person for Admin. I have nothing against you, but I will always give my full honest opinion in Apps such as this. Don't take it personally, this is also for newcomers to understand if they come across this App - seen you in-game.

Reasons;

• The VAC ban, you said this. https://prnt.sc/nyigyw - you're working with Steam Support to remove it? Lies. Where is the ticket? "VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed." You've had this VAC ban for over 300 days, it's not going to be removed either way. I believe you were reported for cheating, not "bunny-hopping". (this doesn't help your case either way)
• You've been in-active via Skial Servers for about four months and only just now decide to make an App, then you decided you'll join just now because @Jermaphobe mentioned it.

• You've used ALT accounts via Skial to +1 previous Admin Apps you've made. (doesn't look good on you)
• Gathered from the forum, quite the few people aren't fond of your behavior and attitude within your time being here. I myself have nothing against you as mentioned but this doesn't help your case.
• You've lied about your age and other such information via other applications in other communities which is disgraceful, also mentioning people who don't even know you. (more lies)

• Gathered from posts by you, you've got a short fuse and blow up easily if people point out your flaws or give constructive criticism - evidence. Example would be @Droplet ruling you out with what he mentioned about your Steam Profile that had racism included at the time, and in response you called him an idiot. (via the app) Racism in your profile which is a direct violation of the STEAM User rules. (naive)
• You just don't strike me as someone who will take the job seriously, gathered with what I've said so far.
• If you've been an Admin in other communities then why has no one in the past come forward and explained what you're like within those communities whilst being an Admin. (example: Juice Wayne, he had many people supporting him that had experience being with him. So far nobody has come forward and told us what you're like when being Admin.)

Overall conclusion? I believe you're not going to be a good Admin gathered with the amount of lies, childish behavior, racist remarks - past problems that have been very petty, so it's a -1 from me I'm afraid.

I know I have a bad reputation and I'm trying to fix it, I also would've joined the server anyways I was in the middle of something. I don't know if it matters or not but as I said I'm an admin on ZARP:

Actions speak louder than words, you believe you've changed. What exactly is the big difference between this and your last Admin App. It does matter, subjects such as this are both important - delicate and communication is key.

I just ain't toxic anymore, learnt it the hard way, if people still think I'm unreliable that's okay too. I'm trying to prove that I'm not toxic anymore, I just don't know how to exactly, mainly because I just don't have anything to say.

I have a very firm (maybe ruthless) belief that if someone were to ever be unwanted/toxic in their player history, let alone getting VAC banned and were to ever attempt to apply for a position of power - it should be instantly voided. Respectfully saying, you have made quite an impression acting the way you did, and while you can change and become a better person, you cannot undo first impressions. You cannot fix permanent damage.

You learnt it the hard way because you didn't learn from your mistakes, kept biting and biting and eventually it backfired into your face. I hope you're serious with what you're saying so far, if that's the case I wish you the best of luck in the long run. If it turns out you're not, I will be highly disappointed as I'm only trying to provide truth and insight.

Admitting to your mistakes is a step in the right direction, so far so good.

I am curious though, did you also lie about your age - information for when applying on "ZARP" and why did you make ALT accounts to 1+ your own Apps? Do you not have much confidence, or did you have that plan in motion before even applying. Either way, I'm only asking to understand why you did such things and for others to understand as well.

I also have a VAC ban, but I got it because I was being a douche and griefing on CS 1.6 about 10-11 years ago. They don't give you a VAC ban for "too many reports" they don't give them out without being certain that you're cheating. The only VAC bans I' ever seen overturned were ones the account was commandeered. Even then, they don't always revert for that.

I'll eat my words and stand corrected if the VAC disappears from your account, but I think the fact you can't even come clean as to why you are VAC banned speaks volumes.

1 week of nothing but regardless, this app is not doing you any favors. While I see the improvement, everything that's already been said is enough to decline this. However, I do see some potential. I'm going to mark this improve but I'd like to see you reapply when you see fit.
