How about a plug-in that gives a player a “kill” when X amount damage or a percent (of hales HP) is dealt?

For example, if the criteria is 500 damage per “kill”, if a player deals 2,500 Damage, they would thus get the “basic” eye effect/sheen, and the “super” effects at 5,000 damage.

This would give Killstreak weapons a meaning in those gamemodes.
