No. It's a privillage to have it. Surely there's a reason for removal.​

How do you ban yourself using your own SteamID?:

sm_ban <myid> 30 aimbot​

Any other reason you should be admin:

I don't abuse commands if i get upset. I try to play as fair as i can and i do fine without commands. I only figured i should apply since i'm on it so much and i don't play anything else.
I can also be on for long periods. If you want that. I'm not very good with applications so i hope this was okay. :/
If i get it cool ill be a good admin, if not oh we ll ill go back to playing normally. have a nice day/night​

Quality admin-level reply right there. Reading the admin requirements is a basic to even be considered, so maybe you should try there next time :)
