This is my second application, first was declined due to poor behavior. I think I've cleaned up my act and I hope you do too.

Been an admin for other communities that use the same system so I am familiar.

Vote abuse seems like a big issue, I've tried reporting but when I put in their SteamID it says it is invalid but this is for another section.

Been playing on Skial servers for about 5 years now (some gaps in time) and have gotten to know lots of the community or at least the servers I regular. I'm laid back, played these game modes so long that I'm jaded to not getting heated regardless of what has or is happening.

Also like last time I'm not 100% that I used the server selection properly so I'll do this just in case.

This is your excuse for making no reports in the nearly five months since your last application?
If you're unable to make reports then I'm very unsure of your ability to do your job as an admin.

To respond to reporting, no idea what to tell you. I've tried and always says "enter a valid SteamID". I know how to find and use a valid SteamID.
To respond to your first screen shot, no i didn't bother seeing so that someone in the server had said they had reported. Not sure if they did or not.
To respond to your second, A friend had joined and said hi to 4 other of his friends and not me, just friendly banter but nothing serious what so ever.

I'm not going to fully decline this because there's room for understanding and potential but you need to understand what it actually takes to be an admin. When the going gets tough (even though this isn't tough), you don't quit. I'm willing to bet you asked no one for help regarding this and just let it sit for 5 months. Your application would've looked much better had you asked for assistance after your first application and then applied a few months after but not how it is now. I'd rather an applicant who tries and asks for help when needed than one who's certain it's not their fault something isn't working and ignores the problem for months. That's enough of me rambling, I'm going to mark this improve, until you're 100% certain you're ready for the field, don't apply again.
