Is healing someone when using a low health required loudout in VSH Griefing?

While playing VSH I was using the escape plan, A medic kept healing me this got me very annoyed.
is this griefing?
I would appreciate if a admin could help me out

Note this is just my personal opinion on the matter, other admins may see things differently.

If you want to stay low health for speed boost with the escape plan and a medic is healing you for the sole purpose of trolling you that could technically be considered a form of griefing, but I don't think its anything we would do anything about.

Banning someone over something like that seems like a little much in my opinion, and a lot of medics are oblivious to soldier's trying to stay at low health for escape plan use.

I wouldn't consider it against the rules myself.
