You're middleman'ing a trade, and the seller claims to have not received the money after the buyer says he sent it. How do you proceed?:
The best and simplest way is to ask both sides for evidence ( uncropped screenshots ) that i can use to find out what's the problem. If one of the sides is refusing to send evidence of the transaction, it's clear there is a problem from their side ( lies ).

If, for some reasons , the seller receives just a part of the payment ,or there are any problems , i'll ask him to fully refund the payment and start over again.

There is no hurry in middleaming, as you've accepted to help

The buyer and seller are negotiating between Steam items, and items from a non-Steam game. How do you handle this transactin?:
If the trade is Steam Items for Paypal, Skrill or BTC, i would require the party that has the Steam Items to send them to my, then provide the details for the payment ( e.g. paypal email ), and i'll wait for the payment to be sent. Once the other party confirms the payment i will forward the Steam items.

If the trade is for: Steam Games, Wallet Codes , Paysafe etc. i would rather not middleman for it, and there are plenty of things that co go wrong.

The seller is a tagged scammer on SteamRep. While it's impossible for him to rip anybody off if you're effectively middlemanning, do you still proceed with the transaction? If so, how? What about pending reports, or caution tags?:
The job of a middleman is to make sure both users that are involved in a trade are safe. If a user is tagged as a Scammer over Steamrep (banned or caution tag) , i would decline middleaming for him. If the user has a caution tag or a pending report, i will take a look over the report, and decide if there are any risks for anyone that will trade with him. (e.g. if the trade is items to paypal, and one of the users involved in the trade has a pending report for paypal chargebacks, i will make sure the other party knows about this, and decline the trade ).​

- Middleman reps are mainly based over the Discord Server, and RLTracker, and a few over reddit. I've got most of the trades where i've middlemaned recorded and can provide them if needed.

Why should you represent Skial's community of traders on SteamRep?:
Due my steam community ( over 110k members ) and due my games released over steam (yes, i'm a game developer - 3 titles released ), i've encounter many scammers over the last 3 years. So far, and i hope this won't change, i've never been scammed by one of them, and i usually record and try to make fun of them, ending in me filing a report to make sure they will be tagged as scammers so everyone will know about.
I would say i'm experience with scammers and they've always been a problem, and nowadays , they are more and bigger, trying to hit as hard as they can. I would like to represent Skial as a middleman to help , stop and expose as many of them.

I've got the patience and free time to be able to take as many middleman "calls" as needed.



As we all need to start from scratch, i will be waiting for suggestions from any of you, and if needed feel free to ask any questions and i will answer them as soon as possible.​

What games did you create exactly?

edit: After looking through your profile, I found two links to the games you claimed to of developed. One link goes to the steam homepage and the second goes to an early access game that is to be released in September of this year at an unspecified date. Would you link me to the first game which link did not work?

One of the game pages is down, the other one will be released on 11th next month. Got a lot of titles that i need to finish the builds, as i tried to get as many as i could out from Greenlight.

Quick updated: Took a bit but i've sorted a few calls i was requested to upload and link ( from the users i've middleman for ) and i think i've sorted them in chronological order. ( and over time i think i'll start uploading all of them )

I keep track of most of the middleman calls ( Steam ID, Discord ID , Date etc ).

The guy was quick and did the job well. His use of English isn't the most advanced for a grammar nazi like me, but considering this is his second language he is doing a good job.

Overall +1, great trades.

Has served as Middleman for me a LOT of times. He even claimed to me he records all Middlemaning services and showed me one for me to see how he deals with MM calls.
Super trustworthy, great friend, organized, hardworking.
Overall a legend.

He has a lot of reps and is nice towards the traders and people he middlemanned for.
