Some blind, bottom-scoring, Spy-main, admin decided to mute me for calling a vote to kick some guy who was sitting in spawn griefing for the entire duration of Barnblitz on the Payload server. This was pretty cool of him considering that the vote got 80% out of the 90% required. (By the way, stellar job to whoever decided needing 90% of a vote to kick someone was a reasonable amount.) So this retard admin mutes me for a day because he couldn't read the explanation given to him by several other players after another person called the same vote earlier. If only this admin had played on the server before he would have known that the person who we were trying to kick does this all the time. Apparently this dumb shit stain decided to increase the duration to 30 days because, well, I don't really know. I can't explain the actions of a retard, maybe he'll come here and enlighten us.

I'll just say the vote that Nein was muted for due to votemenu abuse ended with 80% yes votes, nearly passing. More than once, I saw the player who who supposedly griefing just standing around in a corner on the map. So I can see how someone would assume they were griefing, i.e., not contributing to their team. So to me, this wasn't a case of votemenu abuse.

I told that if someone is idle, then the AFK bot takes over. I asked if they were avoiding AFK. You said that this player was only trying to kill one player on the other team. I told you that this is not against the rules. You called a vote anyway. You got silenced for 1 month based on previous infractions.

I am not sure how you even have time for video games with all the friends you must have.

Hey, what's up. Glad you were able to navigate yourself to this page. I know there are a lot of words between here and TF2 and I'm happily surprised you were able to read some of them. Unfortunately I didn't say "this player was only trying to kill one player on the other team" I actually said,
"hes not playing the game hes griefing hes been here for over 2 hours and has less than 10 points" and if you'd like to view the logs, stats, evidence, etc. I'm sure you could see that I'm being truthful.

The problem is that even if his watered-down account of what happened was accurate, it's very clearly griefing. That's the part that fucking annoys me. It's just 100% cynical to say "that's not a violation of the rules." That shows that he either doesn't understand the intent behind those rules or he just doesn't give a shit. I assume it's not the former, but that means he's just being a prick.

Harming your team for an extended period of time. Examples:
  • Blocking sniper views
  • Teleporter traps
  • Refusing to help advance your teams position for a long time (usually known as Friendlying)

Whatever you tried to link didn't work. Was this before or after a vote was already called on him and an admin was talking in the server? I mean if it was after all that happened then he'd have to be pretty fucking dumb to continue griefing.
 
I will say even tho I was not there and I made some statements that are bad for my Payload friends. I will say it's odd that Nine got muted for just one vote, I mean you could of giving him a warning.
