Invalid CAN AN ADMIN ACTUALLY RESPOND?

Umm so i think i recieved an IP ban or something from Skial servers (servers in which i play a lot on) as i didn't get banned directly and my only guess would be because my stupid brother thought it would be a great idea to use Lmaobox hack on a server thus making me suffer as a result of his ban. I'm not sure how the link to the ban works but i put a source ban link as i hope it suffices. BTW, the name is not Gamer Police anymore it's Hydrax, thanks.
I think i should be unbanned as i'm not a hacker and i can prove it as i seems i only have a ban on skial for my brothers mistakes and not on any other servers. I like playing skial servers regularly aswell as i'm not a fan of casual and me being unable to play them makes tf2 less enjoyable for me. So please unban me as im not a hacker.​
 
Just a little more information, my brother is 11 and he used the FREE version and he got banned, rightfully so, so don't threat he doesn't have the permanent hack as he doesn't even have a bank account yet and i'm not in charge of my internet my father is. It'd be great if you could unban the IP aswell as my brother doesn't play it anymore and i do so he kind of screwed it up for me. Check my profile, anything as long as it serves as evidence for or against my appeal.
 
Yes, I see now. Well unfortunately, to keep your "brother" from hacking, we have to keep the IP banned, this means you will get caught in the crossfire. Unbanning you solely won't do anything because you will just be banned again for having the same IP.

I understand completely but the thing is he doesn't play tf2 anymore and i can try and provide any proof you request of that and if he does it's probably to just play Jailbreak servers (he doesn't use skial jailbreak he is more of a blackwonder) and my dad an i will convince him not to download "Free haxs" again. Besides he plays garrys mod a lot now and probably wont be coming back to tf2 for a while. I can't get him to do anything right now as he is on his way to school. I will tell him not to do it i swear i will make it my literal duty to make sure I DON'T get banned for something he does. I hope you understand.

I could record his voice and mine and tell him to say sorry and he wont do it again because i mean he's only 11 barely old enough to understand and i will promise to keep him on a short leash. He won't be playing on skial servers anymore and if he does then i WILL make sure he does so LEGITLY.
