Basically i called out one player using fake golden wrench, i did not mean to bully or harm. I just wanted to know if that wrench is real or fake.
Then he called vote on me.

He was using server effects as well, so i assume he is admin or donator, but is this fair? I mean i thought he had real golden wrench in first place.

Also, this is his steam & backpack

As you can see, he does not have any unusual or golden wrench.
And he only played tf2 for 13hours.
