Greetings,

I am the user of this account.
I was banned because of proxy ip address
my previous internet service provider(Philippine Long Distance Telephone) is the one at fault doing stuff on my network.

Is there any chance to lift my ban since I already changed my ISP(Globe Broadband), and in case this will happen again , what would I do to prevent myself being banned automatically from the server by the console(admin).

That internet service provider seems to recycle IP addresses a lot and you were given a IP address that a hacker used at one point, causing the server to automatically ban you.

I will remove the ban

and in case this will happen again , what would I do to prevent myself being banned automatically from the server by the console(admin).

You can't do anything to prevent getting a tainted IP address, but if it does happen again you can make another appeal and we'll unban you
