possible lag issue?​

Details:

Constant lag on NY+ server (74.91.116.5:27015)
I believe it's a server side issue since i don't lag in other 32+2fort servers.

I think you have a problem with your config or wireless.

I went on the server and my net_graph is completely smooth, with the loss at 0.

Usually when you have a spiky netgraph it is because you've done something with your settings or you are having issues with your internet connection. The mtr you showed me doesn't show any problems.
