The reason I was muted was for vote abuse. However, I do not believe it was abuse. I acknowledge that I accidentally chose the wrong type (should of been griefing, not hacking), which unfortunately the individual that posted against me failed to paste that part of the chat into his complaint. In the exact words of RMSniper, :"Reedgreat" has no prior issued admin punishments; therefore, he gets a day. Simple as that. Sounds like you're the problem child here when it comes to breaking the rules, not him." This provides as proof that I have no history of admin-punishments prior, and essentially, the admin said that the real issue here was the individual going against me. Another piece of evidence is the fact that 80% of the vote was in favor of the vote. Even though the wrong reason was listed, there was still an issue with that player that was targeted by the attempted vote. I hope my skial loyalty of over 250 hours shows my dedication to the server, and I promise to be more careful in the future.

I don't see anywhere in your chatlog where you say that you pressed the wrong option? The only thing is that you said "ooh friendly ban him" five minutes before calling the vote, however (from what I can gather) the only player friendlying was "The Dankest Rowlet" - and you did not call the vote on them.

I looked at more of your chatlog than just what was posted and this still appears to be votemenu abuse... could you explain how they were griefing?
 
Yes I can, the individual in question is named Jorge the Proest of Minions. Through his ban log, there are frequent console bans, and he has been admin banned before. But I am sure you know that, during the server he had free killed an lr and that was when the controversy started, everyone had some story or another of a time when he freekilled them...(I can get people to witness to this if you would like proof). There is more to the story but since I don't have access to my chat history I cant remember anything else at the moment, I need to wait until morning to ask my friends who were there during the incident.

Just because someone has freekilled previously, doesn't mean we can use this as evidence that they did it again.
From the looks of the chatlog, they were the last guard and were allowed to kill anyone?
It's really hard to tell these kinds of things through the chatlog though.

It seems like he killed when he was allowed to and everyone started saying it was a freekill,
Then people said he always freekills - and you called a vote against them.
 
I was looking through the forums but I dont understand the method of getting access to the chat history, can you paste an example so I can look for myself?
 
Ok I got it this is what happened: He first said that all guards are kos (invalid order), then he said all reds kos (even though it was a fd because it was after 6:45). Then he took it upon himself to do last guard kills all with myself still alive on blu...Later he got killed, and I hid in the cells (I am allowed to do that), and we attempted to to the ban because he had abused the voting system, he also gave invalid orders, he freekilled, and if I can be so blunt, he had very limited knowledge of the rules for a warden and for someone who wants to improve themselves after being muted for a month.
