Oh yeah, votemenu, which is a so called "serious offense" is broken by someone who already has bans for griefing and ghosting and obviously didn't read the rules, and he only gets muted for a day.

I really would like if this was handled by someone who is not fully biased about the "Minion" on my name, who once just gave me a MONTH mute for vote abuse and trashed my appeal.
 
a) when you tried to ban me, 20 percent of the vote
b) if you pasted line after you would see I said "accidentally hit hack meant grief"
c) I was following rules
d) I have over 200 hrs in skial and this is the first time i have been muted...and I a "mass rule breaker"?
e) This individual that is accusing me was griefing (assuming he is the koala guy, idk his steam name)

Witnesses are not used as evidence. We don't take hearsay. The only evidence we allow are chat logs, screenshots, and demos.

We have an ever increasing ban/silence system. The more bans/silences you have, the stronger the gag/mute/silence/ban. Your one month silence came after 3 admin-issued silences and 2 admin-issued bans (see above two links), among a plethora of vote silences. As shown in the "admin info" first link, you get a one month punishment on your 4th offense. Well, unlucky for you, you reached your 4th offense and got a one month silence. That's all quite in line with our rules and standard operating procedure.

"Reedgreat" has no prior issued admin punishments; therefore, he gets a day. Simple as that. Sounds like you're the problem child here when it comes to breaking the rules, not him.
