In my opinion, I thought SAO was going to be about sword fighting in medieval times, but after I watched it, I got obsessed of its plot. Yes, the plot. The plot and the story is absolutely astonishing. Having a young man, venture in a device called NerveGear, which was a headset to enter a virtual world, entered SAO. The developer trapped 10,000 players in the game, and if they died, or tried to remove their nervegear, the nervegear would microwave their brains causing them to die. But, I'm not going to spoil it anymore.

The second season was literally a re-hashed, poor copy of the first one but even more sexualized.
The plot was terrible, but I watched it hoping it would get a bit better by the end.
It didn't.
