Some admins do 1 day warnings for "joking" advertising hacks (instead of the supposed perm ban), but I think he just knowingly put "(joke)" in there to try and act like that would make it OK. Plus he likes to say "nigger," so he's not someone I want in the community (so I don't think he deserves a warning).
