the price isn't reduced because of how a weapon acts. A hat doesn't do anything so why do they cost so much?

idk people just made it that way it. I would want a strange Ullapool Caber but it would be a pain in the ass to rank up its strange lvl with that bug (a pain in the ass like the Strange Chargin' Targe you have to kill some one with the shield itself.​
