I've been wanting to get back into CS:GO (originally uninstalled it due to low confidence at self-esteem and skill), and I'm wondering if anyone wants to carry me instead of me wasting time solo-q'ing :P

that puts me in an unfavorable position. Most awper will kill you as you push out of the smoke or i get killed with a rifle from suicide or palm tree.
There's this neat way I found to smoke upper mid as CT, instead of throwing it over gates. You can throw it through gates while running up to it.

running toward the door to set up the smoke is even worse. When you play dust 2, does the enemy team not watch mid or something?
It saves a few seconds and unless they pre-fire left door, they just end up getting smoked. And you can rush T or the back of long doors.
I mean, that's how it usually works with me.
you gotta test out where the enemy team will be at by the time you get out mid though. Pretty sure they would be by palm tree when you pass xbox. I'm also pretty sure they can see your arm when you're throwing it from t spawn.
