Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Why should i be ungagged ? You are letting a player insult everyone on the server , being racist and homophobic. And i should be banned because of him ? What i said is just to wake admins up , when i saw one on the server , he said he don't give a fuck and we can insult as we wish , cause he was his friend obviously .

Don't you think that players with bad characters and provoking people should not be sanctionnated ?

Being racist yourself isn't a way to get an admins attention respectfully, potentially one of the worst ways to do it actually.

Hello Captain Frenchie.

The player Sheriff indeed reported you for racist remarks in chat. You made a comments about burning jews which I deemed racist enough to warrant a silence.
Sheriff himself is indeed lashing out alot provocing other players. I have told him that observation aswell, problem is that I can not deal with this because technically being rude or toxic doesn't break our server rules. If he was homophobic, please report it and we will take care of it.

I tend to believe you, in the matter of being a friendly individual, but I don't understand how so many people can fall for this guy and let him provoce you guys until people either votemenu abuse or insult him in a way that breaks server rules. You should just ignore it. Let him rage or do whatever his problem is. But as soon as you are breaking the rules, you are tagged for being reported and if somebody grabs that chance, it is all on you in the end.
Be smart and ignore somebody that gets easily agitated. You can use the mute in main menu, its hides chat and voice.

I am willing to remove the 1 day silence because I understand you were provoced but you should not say stupid stuff like that. It is not funny and highly offensive towards jews. But you have a clean record so far and I didnt find anything else in your chat, so I am tending to see this was an accidential racial slur.

First of all, T-Wayne never called Sheriff his "friend," so why are you? Second, calling someone "gay" (which is NOT against our rules) is very different from you spewing racist comments about roasting Jews. Lastly, "insulting and provoking" are not against the rules, so you need to be the bigger man and get over it. If you absolutely can't, please client mute or /ignore Sheriff, and you will never have to hear from him again. He already removed your silence, so please take this all in stride and don't argue about it when you are in the wrong. Mute Sheriff on your end and don't be racist. That's how to resolve this.

I'm sorry you find him toxic, but you haven't shown any evidence of him breaking our actual rules. Please client mute him or type "/ignore sheriff" into chat box when you see him in game. Nothing else needs to be said after that. If you refuse to do that, then you're basically saying you enjoy being trash talked. Just ignore him, ok?

Yes and then there are people like you, that are falling in for it and end up saying stuff that break the rules. Only then we can actually do something, if something violates our rules. If he is toxic towards you, I can not help you. Your best choice is to just ignore that.
And for the record, because you mentioned it. Yes Sheriff is on my friendlist, for less than 1 month. He reports people frequently that break server rules. I observed a few times when he insulted somebody and that person called a votemenu mute which was votemenu abuse. He then proceeded to report it. I am not stupid, I know this is a foul tactic to provoce people and then if they do something wrong, report them. But unfortunatly that is our system. I am not hunting anybody down or doing him a favor. If he reports someone that breaks a rule I have to deal with it as equal as if Sheriff was not involved.
I don't consider him a friend, he is just a guy that submits reports. For his own benefit. And that's that. Don't fall for it the next time, be smarter okay?
