I can see and both appreciate your point of view, but then again all I can do is accept responsibility, apologies and reassure you that it hasn't happened since and won't happen anytime soon. Thank you very much for your comment.
 
You don't need to reply to every single message and defend yourself so much. These people make valid points (minus the people who don't get that your 100 hours is fine), so you should simply take them in stride. 30 hour increase in hours in 1 month is not bad, but it's also not great. That's roughly 7.5 hours per week. It makes me wonder whether you even have the time to devote to the servers/admin and getting to know the players. You should work on making reports and getting server support. Let your application and its support do the talking. Please don't reply to this message, just take it as advice; it does not need a reply.

Of course I completely accept the criticism and try to make use of it in the best of way possible. Lately I've found it hard to make time for gaming because of my university, since I'm going abroad, I need to make several trips to and from my University, which makes it kinda difficult and in this case I would say a 30 hour increase is pretty good. Your advice on leting my app work its magic I do find very helpful, and will do my best to do just that, while still keeping a close eye.

Tate is a friendly and good person to everyone on Skial JB, he understands the rules fully and checks them, enforcing the rules and such, leading to less MISHAP ON SKIAL JB.

Over the time I've played JB I've seen the potential of it being one, if not the best game mode server on TF2. What I want to achieve is to make Skial JB great again, fun and enjoyable for all and not for people who are new or not as aggressive as other players that get pushed around.

Early on in the day it's an extremely fun server to be on because of all the great people that are online at that time. However, they are kicked to the curb when the other more aggressive players join the server, the game then becomes this extremely serious and strict environment to play in.

I'm not saying I'm the best player or a perfect admin, but what I am saying is that I know how JB is meant to be played and it's great capabilities, turning the strict and stressful environment to one which all could enjoy, one that will make Skial increase the number of players on at one time will make JB enjoyable for all and leave them hungry for more, asking when is the next update? When is JB gonna lose its peak and decline? Well my answer is never because I will keep it on that peak.

There are some great mini games are still not working after years and are now bannable for using them and a lot of people want to play them, thus I would like to work with the other admins to make JB great again.

Also, the new players that join JB everyday, should be given a notification to review over the rules that D3xus has set to "/jbrules", which are extremely helpful and will make the game run alot smoother and more enjoyable for both JB veterans and new players.

This is the reason I want to be admin of this server, is to make it fun and enjoyable for all, but most importantly, #MakeJBGreatAgain

You're right in that case, 30 hours is pretty good for someone frequently busy with University. But that shouldn't be the case to begin with, if you're that busy then you shouldn't be applying for staff. If we need "out of country admins", we need ones who can be around, not just in because of their location. Any admin can get in an EU server but it's hard to admin a server if you're unable to comfortably be in it. That's where you come in but if you're barely able to be around, that's where you don't come in. Nothing about you personally but for now, it's a - 1.

If he understood the rules then he would of never been in trouble for breaking them. And from what I gather JB already has some dedicated admins as it is am I wrong?
 
I should add I've never actually seen this user on the server before, and I play fairly often like @Pedro the fabulous has said.

I'm not going to give a rating yet though as I don't really know enough about you, all I know is you have the required hours so far.

I will say though why did you reply to @RMSniper when she was trying to help you by asking you not to reply to every single message? I found that quite ironic.
 
this guy he is awesome he is soo funny he good be a really good admin hes a really good warden in jb and i really thing he could be one of the best admin we could ever get :)
 
Yeh , Nice Guy +rep , really would benefit he turns to Admin , Sociable and Great Guy , Known him in skial servers for a long time

How can you find that ironic when i didn't replay to every single message, I was simply being polite and thanking her for her criticism and comment, as I do to you now.

Also how come I've only seen you today after you made your application. Perhaps you are on at other times but I am on fairly often and know most of the people who play regularly.

That's just it, sometimes reall life requires me to edit my schedule from time to time, but still within the specified time as illustrated above. I do know that I shouldn't have replied to @RMSniper, but that's just the way I was brought up. So I had an obligation to let her know that I appreciated both her criticism and comment, that's why I answered back; just wanted you guys to know that.

That's fair enough then, but as I said I'm not going to give +1 or -1 yet, I kind of want to see you a bit more on the server first.
