Do we judge by people's past? He never hacked in Skial servers. What he does on OTHER servers is his business. It does not matter if he/she hacked on other servers or what his reputation is, because it has nothing to do with Skial Severs. If a person does Meth for 5 years, and he changes his ways into good, who are we to judge on him? Just because he was an hacker, does not mean he is a bad person. He never really broke any rules on the Skial servers so does it matter?
What he did in his past or other servers is his issue, nothing to do with his admin app.

How does it have nothing to do with Skial servers? People already hate Skial because it thinks it has abusive admins. Do you really think people will view Max as a good admin? And what do you mean the past does not matter? So I can go kill some one but 5 years later it wont matter because it was 5 years ago? Historys important kid, learn it, because its doomed to repeat itself. Also you can be a nice person and be a hacker, that does not change that its still a very bad reputation for Skial period. I don't want any form of hacker to represent Skial because its a bad image.
I believe if someone kills someone before, they can change no matter what, but that's irrelevant. I understand that people think he is a bad person, but your definition of him being bad is because he was an "hacker" is totally not cool. If I do porn and decide to be a teacher 2 years later, their not going to say "we don't want a porn teacher to represent us" because that teacher can CHANGE. I believe that Max is very serious here and I think he can change, just because of what his past he had done does not mean he is a bad person. That's your opinion of you saying he is a bad person, your personality judges people by their past.
Hopefully he has a change to further prove himself he changed. I believe people who judge people by their past should take a good hard look in front of a mirror.
Few things. One - if they want to attack me for being a bad admin, that would have to have the prerequisite of me BEING a bad admin in the first place. Second, killing someone is a wee bit more extreme than just cheating for a bit. I don't know why you think I'd ever cheat again, seeing as I've made so many close friends after stopping, along with turning around myself and my youtube.

Again, I don't think I'm ever going to cheat again, so I really don't see how that works, assuming people would judge during my time as BEING an Admin.

It is called a perma-ban for a reason. Not a, "Banned until you've had a change of heart on hacking". He's still dodging his permaban to this day so I'm judging him for his inability to take responsibility for his actions even now.
Considering he's still dodging his punishment from valve, I don't believe that his "change" is sincere and that he'll just go back to hacking if he hasn't already. The admins would be 50000% more insane than they usually are to even consider him as an admin.
I feel its safe to decline this app. If another admin disagrees feel free to say so, but I feel the grounds for declining this are solid:
- No more than a year ago you were a infamous lmaobox user who glorified his hacking with various youtube videos showcasing your hacking
- Your reputation, regardless of whether or not you 'retired' hacking is not something we want here on Skial
- You're a marked Steamrep scammer and have various alternate accounts which are banned on Steamrep, one of which is banned for impersonating a TF2 Warehouse bot
- We don't even know if you actually did stop hacking or not. For all we know you could still be an active hacker or will return to your ways. Some of your posts even imply uncertainty as to whether or not you're done with hacking for good
Your infamous hacker reputation and scamming background among the other factors is not something we want a admin on one of TF2's most popular gaming communities running around with, especially considering we have other more promising and much less controversial admin applicants lined up.

As I said before, you can clearly see that I don't have a VAC ban. The recent banwave caught essentially ALL LMAOBox users and their alts, so even if I was cheating on another account, you'd see a shiny red badge on my profile. I also genuinely can't figure out why I WOULD ever go back to cheating, as I literally have no reason to. I don't enjoy it at all anymore, it would ruin the reputation I've worked so hard on working for, most of my friends would up and delete me, I would lose 90% of my subscriber.. I can't think of any reason you would expect me to ever go back to cheating, ever.
Wait, you had the power to do that right from the start? Why didn't you? In any case, yes, I am 100% done with cheating and have been ever since I stopped. as I said in my last post, I don't know why you'd think I'd ever go back to it, or still be cheating to this day! The SteamRep ban is in the process of being resolved, I've been talking to multiple SR Admins about it, as you can see by my friends list.
