Any other reason you should be admin:
Hey im a frequent trader just getting back into trading. I would have to say im on your Trade | US server for an easy 6+ hours a day and fell like I could help out a lot of new traders and deal with the trolls, mic spammers and racism. Im constanly having to mute people who are mic spamming or racism and wish I could get them to stop. Ive also been in the server while 2 spy crab runners have happened and one of the idiots came back to troll the person multipul times. Ive also noticed admins are rarley ever on this server and its basically a joke if you mention adims coming on the server.
P.S I will be 100% honest that ive never been an admin on steam games before but I am more than willing to learn. I have also had a good amount of experience moderating chats on Twitch and was mod for multipul people when I used to watch streams.​
 
If people are breaking the rules why are not not making a demo, recording or pictures of it? Also no idea what you're on about when it comes to the admins on trade, I dont go on trade and I know we got a few dedicated admins that go on the trade servers.

Well I have seen admins on about 3 times maybe 4 total unless they just lurk all day(or dont present themselves)... And when it comes to demos ive never recorded any before and not sure if they record mic chat or not?(90% of the racism) (I dont record demos because my desktop is a pos and I get < 30 fps so I never had a reason to want to)

We appreciate your interest in being an admin, but you do not currently meet our requirements for 200 hours of play time. Additionally, your admitting that your computer is a "pos" and would not be able to record demos is an extreme deterrent to being an admin. We record demos often, regarding aimbotting, wallhacking, etc. Lastly, admins are not required to present themselves. We often prefer to work under secrecy, but, if one of our admins decided to always tell people he was admin every chance he got, then that's his decision, I suppose. Demos barely impact FPS. As for your application, your willingness to learn is noted, but (atleast I) I don't know you to even judge you. Your playtime is also too low. -1

I think this is a sloppy application and you don't have nearly the server time or experience to do the job. You can't even spell properly...
As one of the most active Trade server Admins, I can assure you that you would be much more useful recording evidence and filing reports than attempting to set the world on fire administrating.

Thank you for the reply and I have never tryed to record demos I by all means would since I basically just sit in spawn and advertise and trade. I would gladly test if my computer can both record demos and run tf2 ( I dont care how low my fps goes since its already under 30 and I mainly play tf2 to trade)

I wasent aware of the exact amount of play time required, thank you for the clarification. I will be re applying once I meet said requirement. I have also just stated that I would gladly record demos if im able. Also my bad im not the best at spelling can you blame me for being human?
 
Thank you all for the feed back it is very appreciated and I now that I know that demos barley affect my fps I will be recording them from now on. (I never got a response but im assuming they record in game voice chat?) I hope I am more experiened the next time around once I meet the requirements.

I dont tend to get upset easily I was just very baked at that time as I just smoked some hash and was getting increasinly pissed off as they wouldn't stop. And One last question before this thread closes. What is the Unmod section and its purpose?

Unmod is, as it says, Unmoderated. You can say whatever you want just nothing illegal.

Your actions are your responsibility as well as your substance usage. There is no way for you to shirk that.
