Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I just tried to go into one of skial.com servers and a messege popped up that i was banned for New STEAMID from banned IP. I dont know what it means. Please unban me. I really enjoy playing on your servers.​

In your case that means a throwaway steam account, coincidentally using your name, was banned for hacking. Your account tried connecting with that same IP later on, and was banned because of it. Neither bans are being lifted.
