  • If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
"New STEAMID from banned IP" means you tried connecting with the same IP a hacker used.

Why have you been connecting with Latnet IPs this month? You've mostly used Arcom in the past.

Arcom got relly slow so i could not play with a normal ping. That is why i used a different connection.
 
It looks like the Latnet IP is dynamic and you got the bad IP after the hacker's lease on it was over.
However, lifting all the bans on that IP so that you could use it would mean no longer being able to block those accounts if they returned.
If you can put up with Arcom until your lease on that particular Latnet IP is up, or if you can force DHCP to give you a different Latnet IP, I will unban you now.

Thank you for giving me this information but I think i`ll need to put up with Arcom. Thank you for everything.
