Servers:
PAYLOAD+ | US | Fast
Time:
My timezone is EST, And through retirement from work, I am an active nightowl most if not all days of the week, more so day to day than specific days of the week, and I am just as often on in the 4-8 PM range as I am from 5 am to 9 am, the server varies depending on how many are online. (Typically LA Payload+ in the 4-9 am range, likewise and US Payload+ in evenings as a short answer)

Playing Time:
Exact numbers pulled from stats page: 180:55:29 (4 hours, 57 minutes spent AFK as of posting.) (Update: 185:11:00 (05:08:40 AFK) as of 5/26) Updating area simply because most likely by the time a decision is made, I will have reached 200, or a more ideal number)
Will you get mad if you lose admin?:
I fully understand that playing on a community server is a privilege, not a right to the player, if they choose to not follow the rules, the community will act accordingly, and that if I were to be accepted as a staff, that would apply even moreso. Knowing this, I feel confident in saying that while I may find disappointment in myself for not meeting the standard and being demoted, I would not be angry with the decision, and at worst, try mend my flaws that led to the decision and improve.
How do you ban yourself using your own SteamID?:
/ban "STEAM_0:0:60834240" 30 "Obvious aimbot", or currently, /ban "One Lunch Man" 30 "Obvious Aimbot" . otherwise, sm_ban "STEAM_0:0:60834240" "30" "Obvious Hacking" directly in console if TF2 were to have chat quotations break again, or other reasoning.
Any other reason you should be admin:
I have plenty of past experience, with hosting, moderation and management, coding (HTML, Lua, Java and the rest of the standard set such as C, C++, etc)

Thorough knowledge of Team fortress 2, able to recognize quite a few of the bugs/exploits it has had over it's years and presently, and as an admin, how to effectively deal with them with minimal hassle, a capable intellect in general with few biases (only time will tell if none in my life), and while a cop-out to some, simply loving what I do, when I worked, when I am in game, and in communities.

Edit on 6/6/2016: changed the formatting from bolded answers to bolded questions/prompts, the "will you get mad if you lose admin" is not properly aligning to the far left, but did the best I could (Mod edit: I fixed that for you.)

What experiences do you have as a community moderator?

Some experience has been with various niche gamemode servers, such as Masterluigi452's stock 10x server, volunteering with a few other 10x servers, none too large such as intox's or such, but stuff like kaabii's 10x trade. Most of which has been with sodahappy (3 years of consistent presence, despite the server's 'child-friendly' niche, or possibly because of, I was highly ranked for my ability to handle matters from explaining the premise of the servers for those curious or who wanted to understand the ideology for such a community in a mature game, to handling for lack of a better word, those who would act childish, immature, or otherwise broke community rules, Various forums online, many of which are far past their time, and probably a bit too obscure to have value here, but i suppose they helped me become who I am

I will say however the time played is making is dubious about supporting your application.

Thanks for the reply/perspective, though I'm not sure what you are refering to by time played (total or in-skial)

If you are referring to hours within skial servers, I admit, i'm no where near a 600-hour-per-server or so perfect applicant or any kind of a tf2 2007 orange box vet, not even close, That can only come with time in itself, which while I've had plenty of, I'd only consider myself a dedicated regular on skial for the past 2 months or so, but I don't plan on changing that 'status' for quite some time.

If you are referring to team fortress 2 hours, I'd like to think I have more than most, but I know I certainly far less than others, I honestly could not imagine myself having over 10,000 by now with any means, but nearing 3k total is something I think I can be proud of (Matter of perspective I suppose, 3,000 hours on a game)

Either way, I was definitely hesitant to make an application, as I felt confident in my past experience and similar, but doubted that I had enough hours within the community and just overall familiarity with it, such as specific staff, after looking at some of the other applications posted, to be blunt I was considering taking this down after noticing I was just under the minimal, much less the average, before I noticed the time-gap/early morning (4-9) EST staff wanted and would only need 100, somewhat reassured me.

(Sorry if i came on strong/harsh/etc w/ the response, just trying to acknowledge feedback, and expressing emotions and thoughts on a screen will probably never compare to in person/voice)

Applicants for admin usually have 300+ hours played on Skial, you having 180~ made me a little cautious- though you do fit within the timezone requirement, which is why I supported it.

Haven't given it yet. I wanna see how you handle yourself first.

But that lovely comment was a good first impression.

I meant the support about me personally ^^

Support about the application from the community is a different story, but time ends all things one way or another, Suppose I can only hope at this point, and do what i do best in the meantime and aftermath

Late notice but I've been giving overwatch a go this week, and haven't been on my usual hours in-server, not that 4-8 pm and 5-9 am are 'usual hours' for someone on the east coast, but will be more reliably on again tomorrow and so on

You should ask regulars for some support, and maybe not type almost your entire app in bold

The admin app form automatically changes those sections to bold.

Suppose that's my bad, auto bold or not, I think it would be better to have the questions in bold and the answers in default (To mine specifically, not proposing a change), didn't expect my answers to be as large/paragraph-like as they ended up being, much less so in bold, fixing it.

On the note of asking regulars for support, I'm not close w/ anyone via forums specifically, yet know quite a few regulars of payload us+, but I'm not sure if they have ever used forums, guess now's about as good of a time as any to find out
