Okay I finally figured out how to switch regions. I didn't realize it required me to log out of my battle.net account.

I have separate friends lists though, but that's okay. Hopefully my ping isn't too bad.

I dunno how teamspeak moderation works but maybe you could try talking to one of the ts mods about it to see if you can get unbanned
