Approved Remove dr_simpson due to exploiting

Or fix it, if a mapper has the time. But I would suggest its removal until it gets fixed since this is a huge problem that can cause people to leave the server.

There's two spots that allow people to bypass the AFK killer in spawn and the map motivator.

Large handfuls of people will sit in spawn all round taunting while bypassing the AFK killer. Far too many people doing it to voteslay usually

I'm not sure if its in that demo I posted, but there's also a hidden room in a wall near spawn players jump into which allows them to bypass the motivator

Yes I did, I've decided to keep it but instead make sure the motivator kills people as well who are in there, so there won't be any way of evading it.
