Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
Because I feel that I was unfairly muted.

The context is that I was on the 24/7 goldrush server; during my playtime there, there was a kid who kept insulting and spamming about peoples mothers and it was getting annoying so I vote-menued to mute him for a short time.

many other people agreed with me considering that I saw a flood of Yes' in the chat's vote progress.

For some reason, staff member Biggie decided that this was vote abuse and muted me for a whole week.

Why a week for that I do not know but the better question is why was I punished for taking action of someone breaking the rules? I didn't even know if an admin was on or not so my only option was to go to the votemenu...​
 
You started a vote on him for racism, and he didn't say anything racist at all. Giving insults to people and their mothers isn't breaking the rules per-say. There was a vote prior to yours that didn't pass to mute him.

You could easily client mute him in-game so that you don't have to listen to him. If you agree to using options such as client mute I will be willing to remove the silence.

I probably connected after such a vote was polled because I do not remember there being a prior vote on muting that kid.

I picked the racism option by accident when I intended to put spamming as the reason.

can I have my mute removed now please?

Just remember to use the client mute option. You have been un-silenced.
