I believe what may be confusing you is the line in chatbox that says, "Advertising hacks is also against the rules, even as a joke." What we mean by "joke" is not that fake hacks are illegal, but that someone might write "GET GOOD, GET LMAOBOX!" as a joke, so we want them to know we take it seriously. Hope that clears up any confusion for you!
