Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I'll try to make this a short a possible.

Basically, a year and a half ago I was hacked, I have done nothing obviously wrong, Steam Guard was supposed to protect me, but instead my account was hacked, with no email hacking to allow access, or sign of viruses on my computer.

My friends list was wiped, most of my items gone, and my TF2 access compromised. From my guess, the hacker took over and went onto the Skial servers, resulting in the ban.

I ask that you consider to please remove the ban, and I assure that this will never happen again.

Thanks in advance.

I find it hard to believe that a hacker would steal all your items, clear your friends list and then decide, "Hmmm, maybe just for shits and giggles, I'll hop onto a Skial server and get this guy banned". But even if you were telling the truth, do you have a screenshot of the support ticket you filed to get your account back? (Blurring out any personal details such as account login info or email address)

I looked through your item history. while at one point in time your account traded every tradable non-unique-quality item, they were not all traded to one account. furthermore, the month those items were last seen on your account (November 2014) was 7 months after the ban was issued.

made moot by new evidence presented

Here are links to the pertaining emails getting my things back.
If I could stop being called a liar, that would be appreciated.
And the trading you mentioned Kin was when I sold my items prior to me leaving TF2 for a hiatus. The deletion of my items never came up on my trade listing because they were never traded.

Do you have the link to support ticket you submitted with the date on it? (Again, blurring out any personal details such as account login info or email address)

Man, people can be very rude.
I'm trying my best to be civilized and I still get negativity.
But I await your choice.

tf2items.com covers more than trade listings, but now that I know that you filed a support ticket and got your items restored from deletion, the post I previously made is moot.

since the date of Steam Support's help was about a week after the ban was issued, I see no reason not to overturn it.
