Need help with a ban problem.

Okay, if I could get in contact with an official, it would be really helpful.

I don't wish to display every detail to the public so i'll make it brief.
I cannot obtain a ban link in the ban logs, so I cannot post a ban appeal.
I have no other choice but to post this in hopes a moderator sees it and this can be sorted out.

If anyone can help, please let me know.

If you lost control of your account then there's not much Skial's gonna do for you because your account and it's security are your responsibility.

I do not know the circumstance by which your account was hacked and it does not matter. You may not have been guilty of hacking but your account or IP was. Therefore, in order for Skial to defend itself against hackers, they need accounts that are banned for hacking to stay banned. If they unban your account/your ip, then there's a chance the hacker could come back and enable scripts in the servers again.
