I'm assuming Bottiger doesn't touch VSH related balance. He hasn't approved, denied or responded to any VSH balance related suggestions that I know of.

Tho he has taken some cracks at some VSH bugs in the past like hales picking up dropped weapons.

I dunno if that was a bug, but more of a fun improvement.

It was a bug, the VSH 1.55 update was before Gun Mettle so it was not designed for the weapon picking up system that Gun Mettle introduced.
