how about just making a server with halloween map rotation because there will be that selection of people who want to play normal old 2fort

doubt it, for two possible reasons:

1. many 2fort regulars most likely bought an Invasion Pass. the coin given will track their stats in 2fort invasion, but not original 2fort.
   1. this possibility extends to the players that may have bought an Andromedan (2fort invasion-only) Strange Filter for their sniper rifles
2. 2fort regs who didn't will most likely enjoy dominating the non-regulars that join to level up said items through Quickplay

thats assuming people dished out their money for it, which i'm pretty sure most haven't

Personally I think we should have a Halloween Mix server, koth_harvest_event, cp_manor, etc..

That probably won't happen since Valve hasn't officially activated the old events yet so the server wouldn't be put into quick play making it difficult to fill.

When Valve activates Halloween stuff again I assume Bottiger will put up some halloween servers.

I assume its only until the event is over with, but I haven't seen a official response from Bottiger yet.
