Did you just hit the double digits??? There's an AFK timer so idiots can't just sit in spawn and take up a server slot from someone who actually wants to play the game. I've been here for 2 years now and the rules have pretty much been the same, also you don't need banned to go play on other servers lol. Simply blacklist Skial servers, bam, done, no more skial for you unless you take them out of your blacklist. They won't change their rules just because YOU want them to be changed. There has to be a lot of people asking for change and until there's a lot of people asking for a change in the rules then you're shit out of luck.
The rules are fine how they are and they aren't going to be changed just to benefit one person. The admins aren't going to ban you just because you want to be banned. If you don't want to be a part of Skial, then just leave. It seems pointless for you to keep coming back to a community you don't want to be a part of, just to insult players and keep asking to be banned.

to drum up support for example this is what he done, he kept typing, votemenu over and over again. no real excuse just drumming up support. pretending theirs a cause like there, non rational excuse to scramble every 4 seconds in game...

No, the entire server takes a yes or no vote on whether they wanted to kick you or not. You were obviously being an annoying little brat so you got kicked for 30 minutes because a majority of the server was tired of you.
So, you made this thread just because you're mad at one person for kicking you from a server? And go ahead. Abuse your donator status. Just because you're a donator doesn't mean you get to do whatever you want.
This thread should probably be locked since it seems completely pointless.
thats what happened to me, a server, didnt kick me a person did. he started a vote. he called me names he got me kicked, i guess. i dnt have a donation status. the andre guy kept typing in votemenu as i talked and people would talk to me. i just let off steam then he jumped me.
the player started the vote. it wasnt made by people.
so its a false statment to claim the server wanted me off. the server could of wanted me off for no reason or any reason. doesnt really matter. if enough people, clikc a vote button.

Because if someone is gonna be AFK for longer than that then they need to leave. Really all they do is take up a server slot being useless because they had to help someone with something or they had to go take a leak. Really it isn't that hard to leave then rejoin.

Again, a vote can ONLY go through if enough people vote yes for it. So obviously, the majority of the server wanted you off the server which is why the vote went through. I can start a random vote anytime I feel like it but does it mean that it's going to actually work? Of course not. If people want to vote no, they can do that and the vote won't go through. But in your case, it did because of whatever reason. I don't know why they wanted you off the server but I can imagine why.
