After thoroughly reading through your chatlog, what I had initially assumed as more than just immaturity through quick scrolling and others opinions was not and was just immaturity and not in the wrong way at that, not worth shutting down an applicant, especially one as determined as yourself, changing to +1

Please explain to me why I am not admin material, because what I see is that I am no different than skials admins. I have good connection time, a good chat log, I am friendly to those on the server and help those who need help, I file out reports when needed as brought up by Tangy showing that I am motivated to keep the servers clean. And above all else I have proven to be more than determined to show you all that I am admin worthy, which I highly can say that I have more over done, now if you can produce evidence why you feel I am not a good candidate for being a skial admin, than that would be far more appreciated than a "your not admin material" which is utterly useless input and in no way shows how or why you have reached such conclusion, thank you

On another side note I would like to point out that on previous statements where i have asked those who stated i am not admin worthy to produce evidence of why, i can only see that they have failed, this leads me to the conclusion that it is not that i am not admin worthy material but for the fact that i am disliked by some members of the community. In that sense i would like to say my peace, if you don't like me, or if you rather not see me as a skial admin, fine, that's good for you, its your opinion, but i will not allow you to tarnish my name and go on saying that "I am not admin worthy" without asking, why. On many counts i have asked why, i have asked for supporting evidence to show me why exactly i would fail at being a skial admin, and so far i have yet to see any reasonable evidence against this conviction. The only thing i see, is members who simply dislike me, and for that i shall say that trying to convey me, and my admin app, is childish and immature, please get your shit straight skial, thank you again

You've been told you're not admin material multiple times in this thread, but proceeded to quote me. Some bias maybe, god knows.
Making reports (for the sake of showing that you wanna keep the servers clean, maybe?) isn't ultimate evidence.
You asked for it. I normally don't directly give my input to applicants (I prefer dealing with applicants in the back-end, directly), but since you think you're no different than any of the current admins let me bring the stuff to the table for everyone to see.
Also know that I don't need to show "evidence" for my "useless claim" because this is how I feel. But since I don't mind debate, I'll go ahead and shoot the bad things I see:
  1. You have a terrible consistency problem. You disappear for months / years (?) for "university". Bottiger himself specifically stated that time off is okay, but if you're gonna do that every now and then, it's not.
  2. Your spelling makes me cringe. You don't bother with posts and write like a literal kid. This is not an ultimate reason, but I can't take someone who types like that seriously.
  3. Your connection time is okay, your chat log is cringe worthy not because of insults (trust me I saw much worse things) but general immaturity. Case of "im 19, reg os the server, and know many admins" while the guy was telling you to mute him.
  4. Something I noticed just now: inability to take negative feedback. You seem to have a thin skin too.
  5. Your previous application makes me cry. I know people can change, but.. good lord.
You're a nice person, but you should compare yourself to the other people we (and yes, I say we, as a community and as an admin team) deem admin material.
They are nearly flawless. You have a lot of competition. We can be like "Yeah, we can let this small issue slide", but when there's tough competition you quickly lose your spot.

Again, since views on this are quite subjective, I just showed that I do not support you.
My report was from TapTap the community member and the admin, not TapTap the spokesperson of the admin team.
If there was anything major and obvious like you're trying to make me to post, the app would've been handled differently.
For now it's in the stage of seeing what people think, and I don't see you're ready for adminship, regardless of how much you decide to argue or intensify your defensiveness.

Thank you TapTap, for finally bringing something to the table, I thank you for the input. Although I seem "Thin Skinned" i can tell you i'm not, i was just getting a little annoyed at the fact that nobody has said or put any bit of direct evidence against me supporting why i am not admin worthy, now if I may, clear some things up.

Yes, I did have a few problems before that made me disappear for a while. There where many problems at the time which I was going through both at home and at school. This made it hard for me to play team fortress 2 and explains why I have such a long gap in playing. On another note, I know that my spelling is bad, grammar has never been my strong point. I am more forward in Science and Forensic Anthropology/Psychology along with Law and Civil Rights than literature and English. I do have some insults in my chatlog, but even you stated yourself

and I know it shows general immaturity, but surely not enough to be reneged upon. As for my previous app, which is a year old three months ago, I feel that I have grown much more of a person since then, now please listen to what I have to say, grammar should not define a person and neither should his childish insults, but his actions and motivations, I have tried so hard to prove what I am worth , on numerous occasions, I am determined, I am serious, and above all else I am dependable.

But I thank you TapTap, for bringing something up, and not just labeling me

The 2 big ones though are not being able to take negative feedback and disappearing for months at a time.
Plus, to be honest, I usually don't take apps with an immature chatlog seriously. It's hard to take someone who jokes all the time seriously, so it can be a curse sometimes.
This is just my opinion, and you have a few people on your side, get some more and see what happens.

At least let him know why you are down voting him so he can work on the stuff he does wrong..

Dr.Shoe has actually summed up what I was getting too, im not taking your opinions negatively. All i was asking for was supporting evidence on what makes me a bad candidate for a skial admin position, the second i got a response from TapTap i thanked him, he gave me what i wanted, a chance to clarify myself.

I agree. Don't understand how the guy is acting "a thin skin" when he simply asks for an explanation. I doubt he wanted to start an argument, just get some answer he can then work on with. It's just my perception of his answer.
 
To be fair to them, you aren't required to give your reasoning for a -1 or +1. Although it would be helpful.

True, but I ask for the input. It helps me better understand what I need to work on or if I need to clarify myself further. I do respect those who do not state there reasons but I only ask for those who would be generous enough to follow through and tell me how they feel and what I need to work on.
