Well I've Been A Member Of Skial For Roughly 2 Years goin on 3 now, and i have made alot of friends here. I have also done good in the community by helping out with reports and asking for assistance when needed with certain situations. I have spent a great amount of my time of tf2 on skial servers and have become a regular as well as a well known user among the players. I've been depicted as a really funny guy and i have been know to be very kind and understanding, but when I need to be I can get quit serious and strict.

I have had and ran various groups and clans in the past. As of recently I am starting an Arma 3 Clan with my friends and are recruiting, we hope to eventually incorporate our group into skial and offer an Arma 3 branch to the community. I have undergone ROTC in college which taught me leadership and has boosted my morales and sense of responsibility as a person. Pressure has never been an issue for me, I have survived a year of college with a full schedule of 19 credits (each semester) and also, as previously suggested, undergone ROTC training. I have proven to skial servers and its occupants that I am a fun loving go-getter and I would love to benefit skials community further with the acception of my admin application, thank you skial​

what exactly is wrong with my chat log? i occasionally curse and say things, but other than that its pretty clean compared to others that ive seen, but if you want i could lay back on curses and some exploits i have at given moments

I don't understand this either, and I just looked through it as well.

Hell, I curse a lot more when I play, but I never put anyone down. I didn't see you doing that either, you didn't even curse much. I'm pretty confused, maybe if they provide a screenshot of the specific chat that is questionable?

As for me, I think you're a pretty well-rounded candidate. Good connection, I'll drop a +1 here.

well my past app is close to two years old..and i think ive changed quit abit since then, ive matured alot more and i make better calls, i also ask for advice when needed instead of barging into a situation headstrong like i used to and causeing a bigger problem, but your advice is your advice, and i thank you for your input :)

Ah, thank you for your clarification, I got lost in the time, but yes, 1 year is still a long time to grow and change, especially when a major lifestyle change like college takes place, in college I took ROTC which helped me develope leadership skills as well as strategic choice making, it also taught me how to work with others and that a team is stronger than just 1

On a side note however I have taken precaution before making this app, I have checked numerous chats and have crossed referenced them to my own. As I can see my chat is no different than any of skials admins, therefore I can not ignore that I find the selection of "my chat log" a reasonable ground for seeing how I am unfit to be an admin. If you can produce any proof of that and how it indites me as not admin worthy than I would be gladly to renege my opinion in how in-dispositioned and ill equipped statements are upon my chat log. I hope skial sees what I am saying as the truth, and that my chat log is no different than any of yours making it a poor ground to try to defile me upon, thank you

Coming from a similar position of having a shaky history with the members of this forum, I can understand your situation better than most. 1 year is more then enough time to change anything, hell, whether you notice it or not, I have changed as a person TREMENDOUSLY ever since I started being active here a few months back. But this isn't about me. From the looks of your second application, the only real problem was your lack of activity. Your chat seems better then most to me, you say goodbye to people and give props when a good shot is made. You being 19 and older then the majority of average tf2 players is good as well. You also make a good amount of reports, showing motivation to want to keep the servers clean.

I'm all for it as long as you can prove you understand the rules, punishments and commands.

It does not make you a good admin, but it is a positive. Most people will not listen to somebody threatening to ban them with a 10 year old voice. It may just be me, but I sure pay more attention when someone sounds (or acts) a lot older than me. It's just easier to act or sound older when you actually are older. Like I said, it may just be me.

It's not easier to act older, either way it's as simple as not acting like an idiot.

On another topic, I really can't find anything out of the ordinary with your chat. Dr.Shoe's is worse but nobody marked him down for it.
