If Bottiger, the guy who owns and manages the servers, is saying no then that's it. There's no chance of you getting unbanned now since he gets the final say.

Also this is how an appeal should be handled. A good server community should do this and you know what one does. Soda Happy.

On a player's first appeal, we look for admission of wrongdoing and a promise to work on improving. On later appeals, we require more than a promise; we need to be convinced that this time is different. As the number of appeals (especially for similar issues) grows, we require more convincing. We do not ever reach the point where someone is given a "last chance."

We work with appellants to help them succeed in making the required changes in their behavior rather than telling them that we don't believe them. Our goal is to help; not to judge.

If someone is uncooperative or dishonest, or if they are unable to convince us that they have a reasonable chance of succeeding in changing their behavior, that is when we decline the appeal.

We try to get the staff member who applied the penalty to comment with any relevant information they have.

We ask that players and staff only comment on appeals if they have new facts (not opinions) that have not been shared in the thread already.

Members of senior staff are authorized to state their opinions on whether to grant the appeal, but are expected to explain their reasons.

For a typical appeal to be granted, at least two senior administrators or one master administrator must agree to grant it, and there must be no members of senior staff against granting the appeal.

In cases where the offense was extreme or the player has been penalized a large number of times, the appeal may require a final decision from sneakret (me). Such cases can be identified by the fact that no other members of senior staff are comfortable reversing the penalty.

If this were Soda Happy you would have been banned hours ago for arguing with staff.

Who unlocked the thread?

I suppose I'll relock this then unless someone wants to keep it unlocked for what ever reason
