The only solution is to swat yourself before he does it. That way when he calls in the swat the opposing SWAT teams will be confused and engage in an all out firefight.
This is NBC news. Details are still fuzzy regarding an incident that involved a police raid regarding a call from Canada. Eyewitnesses have detailed an outbreak of violence when two different teams of SWAT invaded a house in the sub-urbs.
"It all happened so fast! There were police, and trucks, and helicopters! They all began to surround this one house. I saw that just as they were about to jump in, there were shots that were fired! Stan Smith was there firing an M16 right a the police!"
"There were guns! And shots fired! I saw a Chocobo peck an officer to death! There was also catbug throwing weed at the officers, while Goku was there firing lasers at them!"
"I could have sworn I saw Arya Stark at the fight! She was cutting people up with her sword, and then there was also Hulk Hogan in a flame retardant with a flamethrower, and a man in his underpants pouring milk on himself... for whatever reason."
Eyewitnesses than stated how another wave of SWAT came in, only to somehow have conflicting interests with the first wave. Yet another firefight ensured as all three sides began to engage one another. At the height of the gunfight, eyewitnesses had stated that a Giant Penguin in a tophat had burst out of the original house, screaming OH YEAH! before swinging a hammer at everyone and everything. The National Guard is currently on route to contain the violence.

However, the mysterious animal in mind had not hurt anyone else aside from Mr. Sahani. Mr. Sahani has been charged with various felonies and misdemeanors in the past, as such we have reason to believe this attack has been linked with vigilante activity.
