So I had just hopped on to the server and there were a bunch of friendly people. I asked them to stop, and most did but a couple continued on to do it. I wish I could record demos but my game has been super laggy recently, and it does not work. Appo took the liberty to try and ban me, for being a faggot and asking them to follow the rules. I do not have proof beyond my word, but if an admin wants to hop on the server real quick there will probably be a lot of spam in chat and friendly. And the n word is self explanatory.
 
Can separate action be taken for the votemenu or is the punishment rolled into one or insufficient evidence?

I need demo evidence for vote abuse. Even if I did it for racism/voteabuse it would still be a day for both.

Alright fair enough. Now that I think about it, I don't understand how you would get a demo of vote abuse. You have no way of knowing that someone will call a vote before they do, and the chance that you are recording before hand is quite unlikely.

Just start recording a demo/video right as you get in the server. I used to do that a lot.
